2015 Third International Symposium on Ranaviruses

The rv2Third International Symposium on Ranaviruses was held from 30 May – 1 June 2015 at the Hilton University of Florida Conference Center in Gainesville, Florida. Organized by Tom Waltzek of the University of Florida and many others and held in conjunction with the Florida Marine Mammal Health Conference (2 – 4 June 2015), the symposium attracted 70 participants from 9 countries around the world for two full days of oral and poster presentations, discussions, several workshops and field trips, and a lot of socializing. We were thrilled with the support and engagement around the important topic of ranavirus biology. Thanks to everyone that participated. We look forward to seeing you in 2017!
